About the Class

Come join fellow writers and artists in a workshop that explores questions crucial to the art:

• What does a story call for?
• What does the language of a story call for?
• How much research is necessary in order to tell a story?
• What does that research subsequently reveal?
• How does the combination of Stephen Crane, Anton Chekhov, and James Joyce hold up 100 years after becoming “the norm?”

All these questions and more will be explored in an enthusiastic, welcoming environment. All are welcome.

• Duration: 6 week cycles · 2 hours per session
• Level: All experience levels welcome

Pay-what-you-want or:

• $15 per single session
• $90 for six classes
